I hid pain behind humor, pushed people away, and watched relationships fall apart. I wasn’t just disconnected from others—I couldn’t even show up for myself.
Everything changed in 2019 when my Ulcerative Colitis went into remission. For the first time, I felt hope. I joined a gym—not to chase aesthetics, but to take my life back.
Every rep, every meal, every routine became part of rebuilding the man I knew I could be. The gym became my sanctuary. My body changed. My mindset followed. The anxiety, depression, and self-doubt started to lose their grip.
Today, I help others do the same.
I’m a certified CPT, Nutrition Coach, and Master Health Coach—but more importantly, I’ve lived this.
